I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

We know you’re excited to get your order, so we ship super fast! Orders are normally shipped within 2-4 business days, not including weekends.

Standard Shipping Estimates ― No Tracking Numbers
Most orders arrive within 2 weeks of the shipping date, however, it can take up to 3-4 weeks or longer for orders to arrive. This can also be effected by availability of items. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

All of our products are sent out by airmail to anywhere in the world.

Important! Shipments may incur customs fees, depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. We do not take responsibility for possible fees.

I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

What happens if my address is incorrect?

Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.

Do you offer returns?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns except in very limited circumstances. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to doing our best to find a solution.

We are not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, we will only send replacements/offer a refund for the damaged or missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. Customer must include photos of the damaged product.

In the unlikely event that a package arrives and a product from your order is missing, we will only send replacements for the missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered.

I am an international customer do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Lazy Square. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
